It has been a while since I first started the Back Fit Challenge. On the one hand I enjoyed it very much but, on the other hand, I must admit that it was a challenge to keep up. In retrospect, I can now say that it was exactly the regularity that I needed to bring into my everyday life and because of this, the program has definitely brought its desired effects to my body and mind. Due to the versatility of the exercises, not all the same areas are trained, but those that should bring the desired success. I can now say that I incorporate many exercises into my daily routine. When I notice that my shoulders are cramping up again, I take a short break and do 1-2 exercises in the office, which has helped them to get better again. At home and in the evenings, I will often do a few more exercises so that I can continue to benefit my overall health and body in the long run.
After a double slipped disc (cervical, lumbar) I became painfully aware that I had to do something about it. Besides the prescribed physiotherapy, I started with a fitness routine. Here, I met Ramin Waraghai and was introduced to the Back-Fit-Challenge. At that time, I suffered from daily pain, limited mobility and a feeling of losing the quality of life. The Back-Fit-Challenge came at the right time for me. When choosing the exercises, my complaints were taken into account and I was amazed at how simple some of the exercises had looked. It seemed almost too easy to be helpful - until I started. Through the targeted exercises, I quickly felt what I was working on, which were my "hidden" muscles, shortened tendons and previously incorrect movements. After 14 days,the exercises became a fixed part of my weekly routine. If I did not complete them, my back was noticeably less "supple". Depending on the progress of the training, I was able to increase the intensity of the exercises. This was another incentive because it was accompanied by a significant improvement in my initial pain. In the meantime, I am almost free of any major complaints or pain. Normally, I will integrate exercises into my athletic activities. Otherwise, I will simply do them in between. Overall, with this program, I’ve experienced little effort with a great transformation.
"Back Fit Challenge" is possible to do anytime and anywhere. I take the program with me, no matter where I am. It helps me maintain and improve my overall physical and mental mobility. Additionally, it helps me work on my previous injuries and strengthen specific parts of my body - such as my back.
Before the challenge, I had quite a lot of problems in the lumbar region for a long time, despite many visits to the orthopedist. The Back-Fit-Challenge has helped me with these issues within just a few weeks. In the meantime, I am almost free of complaints. The exercises have been great to integrate into my everyday life and, because of their convenient length of only 20 minutes, I’ve rarely had any excuses as a new father and no interruptions with my work schedule or family life.
