Self-test

Test yourself and start your challenge

How does the self-test work?

  • Try out the exercises by following the instructions in the video. Then, enter your result in the input box after the video and exercise are completed.
  • Allow yourself only two attempts at a time to pass a particular test.
  • If you are unsure whether you have completed the exercise, always choose the option of not completed.
  • If you experience any pain during a test, stop the test immediately and let a doctor examine you, if necessary.

What is the self-test for?

The purpose of the self-test is to get a basic assessment of your mobility and stability in the different body postures and movements. The test exercises are designed in such a way that no trained eye is required to provide information on this. Try to perform the self-test carefully, as the results will be used to select your training plans for the full 6 weeks of the Challenge.
